A group of thirty-three Scouts, Explorers and Leaders from Disley went a little further afield than usual for its summer camp this year, spending ten days in Hungary. The trip included seeing all the major tourist sights in Budapest, a visit to the circus, rock climbing, horse riding, dry tobogganing and swimming. Everyone enjoyed sampling the local cuisine, meeting Hungarian Scouts and getting an insight into the Hungarian way of life. It was a fantastic and memorable experience for all those involved.
